The Caravan 031: Hybrid Realities & Turning Into Gods

Late July, I was lucky enough to be a part of a salon on relationships in cyberlife hosted by Hybrid Realities and Science House. Hybrid Realities explores human-technology co-evolution and its implications for society, business, and politics. It's run by Ayesha Khanna and her husband Parag Khanna, both who I respect immensely. Ayesha recently set up a dinner for her good friend Jason Silva who is in NYC for the month. Jason did a fascinating documentary called The Immortalists which talks about tinkering with human biologies and merging with technology to overcome biological restrictions. The film profiles philosophers and scientists on the subject matter. Below is a teaser for the feature follow up Turning Into Gods.

Although we don't agree about everything, I find Jason's outlook on death and technology to be extremely interesting and the documentary itself to be engaging. I'm very much looking forward to seeing Turning Into Gods in its entirety. Below are the ideas that will be explored in the film.
